The best way to get support is to file a support ticket. This ensures that your question is directed to the most knowledgeable and capable person who can help you, even if it is an urgent matter.

You can file a support ticket in one of two ways:

  1. By using our support form
  2. By using the help widget in your admin panel. This is the preferred method, as it allows us to automatically pick up your Customer ID and waiting room information, giving us immediate access to your environment. Without this information, we may need to try and look it up using your email address, and you may not receive a response in line with your SLA.
